I was given a brief to reimagine the electricity distribution company, Lesto. This brief had free reign in terms of design and where to take the brand. They wanted the company to be different to existing companies and wanted to show this through their sophisticated and unique brand design. I was asked to create a new logo, stationery set and promotional campaign.


I designed a logo which puts strong emphasis on what the company does by using playful typography forming an image of a plug, creating the letter ‘E’ of Lesto with the ‘L’ becoming the lead. From this I put together a simple, bold promotional campaign which uses powerful photography enhanced by the brand’s accent colour.
